Rainbows

Rainbows is open to any girl between the ages of 5 and 7. They meet once a week for fun games and activities, and an insight into the friendships and joy of Guiding.

There are two Rainbow Units in Paddock Wood.

1st Paddock Wood Rainbows meet on Friday from 4.15 -5.30pm in the Catholic Church Hall

2nd Paddock Wood Rainbows meet on Thursday from 4.15 -5.15pm in the Catholic Church Hall

 

Brownies

Brownies is open to any girl between the ages of 7 and 11. There is a pack meeting once a week, where they work for badges, learn new crafts, play games and make friends. There may also be outings and events during the year. Once a year, Brownies may go on Pack Holiday.

There are two Brownie Packs in Paddock Wood. 1 pack meets on a Tuesday between 5.00-6.30pm at St Andrews, and 1 pack on a Wednesday, between 6.15 - 7.45pm at St Justus Catholic Hall. 

There is a central waiting list for Brownies, although you can give your preference for day/pack.

Guides

Guides is open to all girls aged 10-15. Guide companies meet each week, where they embark on a variety of fun activities, new crafts, and practical projects. Guide camp is a time for exploring new places, living with your friends, cooking your own meals, being close to nature, inventing and making things and lots more. Camp is a chance to do things for yourself!

2nd Paddock Wood Guides meet on Friday from 8-9.30pm in St. Andrew's Winter Hall.

Rangers

Are you looking for friendship? Adventure? Challenge? A sense of belonging? To see new places? to taste new experiences? satisfaction from service given to others?

Then Rangers could be for you!

Rangers have informal meetings, usually at the home of one of the leaders or members on a Wednesday evening. Rangers devise their own programme of events and activities.

Rangers are currently unable to run in Paddock Wood, but could be restarted if there is sufficient interest. If you are interested please contact Kate.
